Shipping Time.
All orders by Money Orders, Cahier's Checks, Visa, Master Card or any major
credit card used through your PayPal account will be shipped within 3 days of
receiving your request. All orders purchased by Personal Check
will ship once your check has cleared your bank.
Payment Methods. We
accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Visa, Master Card, any major credit card
on your PayPal account and Personal Checks only if the following information
is on the check: Current Address, Current Telephone Number and Valid
Driver's License Number.
Shipping Methods.
All orders will be shipped by UPS or
USPS unless otherwise specified. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping
time will depend on where you live. You can track your order through our UPS
order tracking system.
Warranty. All
of our products have a 1 year manufacturer warranty free of manufacturer
defects. The products will not be covered due to neglect by the buyer ie.
leaving the products in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
Return Policy.
If you want to return an item you must contact our customer service department
and obtain approval for the return. Once you have approval for the return and
the product is returned unopened there is a 15% restocking fee.
Once you have obtained
approval for a return you will need to follow these steps:
1. Return
the item to the address our customer service department gives you.
2. Write
"Attention Return Department" on the outside of the package.
3. Keep
your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned
merchandise. Returns shipped by United States
Postal Service (USPS)
or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable
for returned merchandise that
does not reach our
return department.
We will notify you via
telephone, mail or e-mail of your return status once we have received and
processed the returned merchandise.
All return shipping cost
will be paid by the customer. We can only refund shipping cost if the
return is the result of our error. You are
responsible for all
freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our
part. We are not responsible for
incidental or
consequential costs or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order or other errors. The limit of our liability
is the replacement of the
item you purchased from us.
Damaged Orders. Damage
to products caused by the freight carrier must be reported within 30 days of
shippment date. The product will
need to be returned to our
customer service department for an exchange on the same product. You MUST
notify us for return approval prior to returning the item(s) back to us.
Backordered Products.
Occasionally there may be an item that is on backorder. If this happens, the order will be shipped once the item is in stock. Normally this takes no more than 7 business days.
